Charts and research only. No advice.
Nothing on Arth.live is investment advice, research advice, a tip, a call or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or other instrument. Indicators and patterns describe price data. They do not predict what will happen next. Trading involves risk, and you can lose money. Any decision you take is your own.
Demo data is simulated
The public chart demo uses simulated candles. It is not live or delayed exchange data, and it must not be used to make trading decisions.
Trading goes through QuantPower
Arth.live does not place orders itself. To trade from the chart, you connect your broker through the QuantPower bridge, which is free. QuantPower is a separate product with its own terms. Your broker’s own charges still apply, and trading involves risk.
Early-access tools
Arth AI and Arth MCP are research tools in early access. They explain charts, indicators, patterns and rules. They do not place orders or give buy/sell advice. The prompts shown on the site are examples, not generated answers.
How you may use the site
Use Arth.live lawfully and for your own charting and research. Please do not copy or scrape the site at scale, interfere with how it runs, try to break its security, or present our software, name or logo as your own.
Ownership
The Arth.live name, logo, chart software and site design belong to the operator named above. Your layouts and drawings are yours. They stay in your own browser.
No guarantees
We work to keep Arth.live accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise that it will be error-free, always available or suitable for any particular purpose. We may change or stop any part of it.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, arising from your use of Arth.live or your reliance on anything shown on it.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
