What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. If you email us, for example to ask for early access, we receive your email address and whatever you write in the message. We do not ask for your name, phone number, PAN, broker details or any payment information on this site.

There is no sign-up, login or form on Arth.live. The “Join early access” and “Contact” links open your own email app. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself.

What stays in your browser

The chart demo saves your layouts, favourites and your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage on your own device. We do not receive this information. If you clear your browser data, it is gone.

Why we use it

We use your email address and message to reply to you and to tell you about early access. We do not use it for anything else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We may use ordinary service providers, such as an email service and the host that serves this website, who handle data only to run those services for us. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Like any website, our host may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and message only as long as we need them for the purpose above, and delete them when you ask us to or when we no longer need them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your consent and your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), we are the “Data Fiduciary” for the data you send us. You can:

• ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct or complete it;
• ask us to erase it;
• withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing us. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before you withdrew;
• ask for grievance redressal, as described below; and
• nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.

Email ceo@quantpower.tech with your request. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you.

Children

Arth.live is not meant for children under 18. Please do not send us personal data if you are under 18.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal data we hold. No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Grievances

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, write to our grievance contact at ceo@quantpower.tech. If we do not resolve it, you may have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India, as provided in the DPDP Act.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
